P5100A High Voltage Probe
P5100A is a high-voltage probe (2.5 kV) for high-frequency applications with low input capacitance. The probe is compensated for use with plug-ins and oscilloscopes with a nominal input capacitance of 7-30 pF. Various screw-on accessories facilitate connection to the device under test.

P5150 and P5122 IsolatedChannel™ Applications
In many applications, it is crucial to isolate measurements from ground and to isolate common voltages between channels. Using the P5150 or P5122 with TPS2000 and THS3000 series digital storage oscilloscopes provides isolation between measurements and ground, as well as complete isolation between channels. P5150 probe is recommended for measuring ripple in high-voltage DC power supplies. P5122 probe must not be used for AC-coupled measurements on TPS2000 series oscilloscopes for signals with DC offset exceeding 300 V.
